Two vineyard parcels, oriented north and east respectively, create a harmonious richness and freshness. Harvesting dates vary with each parcel, once the 45+ year old vines have produced perfectly ripe fruit.
Tasting Note: Subtle black raspberry and blackberry aromas fused with a hint of spice, plus a delicate hint of woodiness form the bouquet of this 2019 Domaine Belleville Mercurey Champ Ladoy. On the palate, juicy fruit flavors and harmoniously integrated tannins are balanced by a satisfying hint of spice on the lingering finish.
