Hand-harvested Gamay grapes are carefully sorted and undergo whole-cluster maceration for 7-8 days. The process involves carbonic maceration at controlled temperatures to preserve the wine’s fresh, fruity character. Bottling takes place in early spring to retain its vibrant profile.

Pairing Suggestions: Ideal with charcuterie, Lyonnaise salad, roasted chicken, or creamy goat cheese.
