Grapes are harvested by hand, meticulously sorted, and vinified in concrete tanks to highlight each variety’s unique character. After 30 days of fermentation—featuring pump-overs, rack-and-return, and gentle punching down—the wine matures in a mix of tanks and 2–3-year-old barrels, allowing complexity and harmony to develop. The final blend is a masterpiece of balance, depth, and elegance.
