Back in the stables for the first time since the 2021 release. Predominantly sourced from bush vines, this is the boldest expression of Mataro for some time. Earth, spice, leather, cocoa & blackberries all feature on the nose. Great acidity with a core of Chinese five spice, cloves & dark berries. Tannins in check, this wine will develop beautifully with a bit of age. Such an interesting variety and worth seeking out!
