2023 Pouilly Fumé de Ladoucette
This Pouilly-Fume is elegant and classic in style sourced from the 165 acres of estate vines. No plot lies more than six minutes from the winery, so the grapes are always picked and pressed at optimum quality.
Tasting Note: A pale, brilliant gold with golden highlights. A complex olfactory expression dominated by very ripe fruit and the minerality from the limestone pebbles. Breathing reveals the floral notes of white flowers, followed by citrus fruit but also white fruit (peaches).
