Classic 'does what it say on the tin' Loire Sauvignon Blanc. Great as an easy drinking glass on it's own but will happily pair with goat's cheese, shellfish or asparagus.
Tasting Note: Gooseberry, lime, with a lemony zing. Herbaceous, crisp and dry.
