2023 Le Loup Bleu 'Vol de Nuit' Provence Rosé

The return of a Caviste favourite!
This single vineyard nine hectare estate planted over sandy clay soil and sandstone. Produced in the hills of Puyloubier to the east of Aix, Domaine Le Loup Bleu is owned by Marc and Sylvie. The couple work the land by hand, organically, without any chemical intervention.
The wine is made by direct press of Grenache, Rolle, Syrah, and Clairette after 8 hours of maceration. Fermented in stainless steel with temperature control to preserve the vibrant aromatics.
Tasting Note: Delicately pink, think of a lightly coloured rose petal. The flavours of red currant, cherry, and a hint of fennel, leap from the glass. The flavour is clean, crisp, and so thirst-quenching. Juicy raspberry, peach, with a hint of citrus.
