Tasting Note: A blend, and palate, worthy of a much loftier price tag, but as a humble "Vin de Pays de Vaucluse" there is so much additional flavour for the price. Dark berries, a vibrant herbal note, liquorice, raspberries, black pepper and the sort of structure that begs for chargrilled lamb chops or a nice juicy beef burger.

Damien and Florent Burle took over the running of the estate from their father in 2004. Florent manages the vineyards and Damien is responsible for the winemaking. Their style is rusticity at its best. There is no destemming and the wines have bags of fruit and guts.
