Winemaking:

The 2021 Jonkershoek Reserve is composed of 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Shiraz, and 19% Petit Verdot. Grapes were hand-harvested from carefully selected vineyards in the Jonkershoek Valley, ensuring only the healthiest fruit made it to the cellar. Each varietal was vinified separately and matured in French oak barrels before blending, allowing individual characters to develop fully before integration.
