Guidalberto is Tenuta San Guido’s modern homage to Bordeaux?style blends, rich Merlot and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon from the sunlit Bolgheri hills. It delivers a perfect balance of plush texture and lively acidity, inviting both new enthusiasts and seasoned collectors.

Crafted after two decades of experimentation, the wine undergoes gentle extraction and 12 months’ ageing in French oak barriques. The result is a seamless fusion of ripe fruit flavours and subtle oak, without overpowering the wine’s innate freshness.

Winemaking: Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, followed by 12 months in 225?litre French oak (30% new), with light clarification prior to bottling.

Pairing Suggestions: Pairs superbly with roasted lamb, beef Wellington, porcini risotto or grilled aubergine stacks as a vegetarian option.

Tasting Note: Ruby?garnet in colour, it reveals aromas of plum and violet, leading to a velvety palate of black cherry and cocoa, framed by gentle spice and a long, elegant finish.
