2021 Waterkloof Seriously Cool Cinsault
Seriously Cool Cinsault is created using select 50-60 year old bush-vines situated in the Helderberg region. Nestling close to the Atlantic and guaranteeing a long ripening period results in exquisitely ripe fruit alongside a harmonious acidity.
Harvested from these venerable South African viticultural landholders, yields from this terroir are frugally limited to 4 tons/hectare.
Tasting Note: Vibrant red fruits on the nose with a savoury, fynbos finesse. On the palate it has ripe, black cherry fruit offset by cranberry freshness and texture with taut acidity on the finish.
