2019 Nachbil Riesling
A Riesling with characteristic searing acidity balanced by some residual sugar. Closest in style to a decent Halbtrocken from the Pfalz, this is refreshing yet deeply complex and with a finish that just goes on and on.
The grapes are handpicked, dry farmed and organically grown. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with wild yeasts.
