After 21 days of skin contact, followed by malolactic fermentation in French barrels, it was aged for 24 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Sumptuous and silky tannins are balanced by a savoury acidity, embodying the refined elegance characteristic of Burgundy's greatest varietal.
