Crafted from 100% Petit Manseng grapes from the renowned Uroulat Jurançon region, manually harvested in November, and carefully pressed and fermented for 10 months in a combination of new and aged oak barrels.
Tasting Note: An exquisitely balanced wine with hints of sweetness and freshness, boasting notes of apricot, mango, and perfectly ripe pineapple, as well as honey and cinnamon, with a lively and refreshing finish.
