Grapes from sustainably farmed, coastal vineyards are hand-harvested and naturally fermented. A portion undergoes wild yeast fermentation, with the wine maturing on lees for six months to enhance complexity. Vegan-friendly and crafted without additives, it captures the purity of the Cape's terroir.
