2025 Perusini Friulano
The grapes are delicately destemmed and left to macerate for a short period, then gently pressed. The resulting must is clarified by decantation and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine remains on the lees in the same containers.
Friulano is the most representative wine of the region, not only because it's the most widely cultivated white grape, but because it manages to strongly express the potential and character of the terroir.
Tasting Note: A semi-aromatic native wine, Friulano is distinguished by its delicate almond notes and subtle white floral aroma. On the palate, it is fresh, harmonious, and dry, with a pleasant savoury finish and a subtle mineral note. Versatile and refined, it pairs perfectly with appetizers, cheeses, and fish dishes.
Origin: Friuli, Italy
Blend: Friulano
