Production:

Elderflower Mead begins as a Traditional Mead base. Dried elderflowers are introduced mid-fermentation to capture fresh floral aromatics. The mead then matures on the lees to enhance mouthfeel and integrate the elderflower notes.

It pairs well with goat’s cheese salad, light seafood dishes or poached pear desserts. Served chilled, it brightens long, golden summer evenings.
