Produced by Breitenbach in Tokaj’s Lapis cru, the grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation and five months of ageing in ten‑year‑old 500L oak casks, preserving varietal purity and energetic acidity.
It offers long-term cellar potential, elegant structure, and compelling complexity.
Pairing Suggestions: A great accompaniment to smoked trout, pork terrine, or creamy mushroom pasta.
Tasting Note: Bright green-yellow in the glass, it offers layers of apricot, citrus peel and white stone fruit on the nose, with focused yet elegant palate notes of mineral, toast and spice, finishing long and refined.
