Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard's Chassagne-Montrachet 'La Boudriotte' is a true reflection of its prestigious Burgundy terroir.
Made entirely from Chardonnay, this wine comes from the "La Boudriotte" plot, named after Mr. Boudriot, a former vineyard worker. The vines, planted between 1945 and 1987, thrive in the well-draining, stony soils of this southeast-facing plot.
Tasting Note: Aromas of ripe orchard fruits and delicate white flowers, perfectly balanced between elegance and power. La Boudriotte delivers a serious, refined expression of Chassagne-Montrachet with a structure that’s both straight-laced and full of character. It’s a wine that speaks of its place with a lovely harmony of finesse and strength.
