2020 Domaine Michel Briday Rully Blanc
This wine comes from a blend of four different parcels, with an average age of 40 years old.
It gives an excellent snapshot of Rully as the vines are all located in different sectors. The 'Chaponnière's and 'Saint Jacque's bring finesse and elegance. 'La Crée', a terroir located below the premier crus, is more stony, and gives more powerful wines, with a lot of substance. Finally, 'La Bergerie' is a deep clay soil that adds a hint of exotic fruits.
Tasting Note: A fresh and vibrant Rully that displays pear, lemon, and spice. There's a hint of dried fruits, that will develop with age.
