This 2023 Gascanza “Se Canta” Blanc is a crisp, biodynamic white from Domaine de Polignac, showcasing mostly Colombard and some Gros Manseng for a refreshing balance of citrus zest and stone-fruit sweetness.

The “Se Canta” Blanc is crafted from a 2.4 ha young Colombard parcel blended with Gros Manseng. Grapes undergo direct destemming and pressing, followed by gentle fermentation at 17.5 °C in stainless steel. The wine is aged on fine lees with regular bâtonnage, then racked, fined and filtered to preserve its clarity and tension.

“Se Canta” (meaning “she sings”) celebrates Colombard’s vivacity. Its low 4 g/l residual sugar and 11.5% vol alcohol make it an ideal aperitif or partner to light fare. This fresh, aromatic white stands out for its purity of fruit, biodynamic pedigree, and expressive minerality, offering a spirited taste of Gascony.
