This distinctive 13-year-old single malt was drawn from just six ex-bourbon barrels, creating a beautifully layered whisky of honeyed fruit, aromatic smoke, and natural complexity. The balance of gentle peat and soft fruit makes it a compelling choice. Charred herbs and heather on the nose give way to candied citrus, pear drops, and floral honey. The finish lingers with juicy barley, pepper, and soft trails of smoke.
