Caviste Gin School will be an exciting opportunity to understand the jargon and be given an insight of the world of artisan, craft gin and appreciate the passion and skill that goes into producing the array of fabulous gins now available. This is the perfect opportunity to experiment with different tonics and explore various garnishes to discover what best suits your palate, or indeed the next great G&T combination!

Lynda Mellor, previously an importer or fine wine and long-term friend of Caviste, is passionate about anything artisan and handcrafted, and has now become a recognised gin expert. Her fascination on how flavour compounds marry to produce tantalising flavours is contagious. During this midday class Lynda will guide, educate and encourage guests to indulge in and discover a whole new world of flavour. A total of six different gins will be used and enjoyed by all – and includes a glass of your favourite combination at the end!
