Romanian Riesling
Organically grown grapes with nothing added - fermentation in stainless steel with wild yeasts. Well balanced between the acidity and the sweetness of the Riesling grapes which makes this the perfect pairing to Thai-style dishes. This is a brand new addition to the Caviste range that came about from a customer tasting in our Overton shop one evening in early July. What a stunner!
