2021 Domaine Henri et Gilles Remoriquet Nuits-Saint-Georges
Domaine Henri et Gilles Remoriquet is a family-run estate, with 10 hectares of vineyards across Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vosne-Romanée.
2021 was a return to a cool and classical style with a clear focus on precision of fruit. Marred with challenges from frost & hail, the vintage was short but bejewelled with pockets of brilliance thanks to some much welcome late summer sunshine.
Tasting Note: Light and elegant with relatively low tannins, pure berry fruit and spice dominate the aroma. The palate is beguiling, and the concentration of fruit makes its presence felt. The perfect lunchtime Burgundy and very classic for the village.
