Crafted by brothers Richard and Stéphane Martin, the grapes are cultivated organically across 40 distinct plots on the sunlit slopes of Davayé. The 2022 vintage, shaped by a hot, resilient growing season, saw meticulous hand-harvesting at optimal ripeness. Gentle pressing at low pressure, followed by slow fermentation and nine months of ageing on fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ensures purity and aromatic finesse in every bottle.
Tasting Note: A delicate bouquet of white flowers and subtle minerality leads to vibrant notes of citrus, pear, and hints of almond. The palate is fresh and balanced, with a smooth texture and a long, graceful finish.
