Made from equal parts of the three iconic champagne grapes - Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay - from 30 different crus, it is also enhanced with 25% reserve wines.
The Pinot Noir provides structure, body, and power, sourced mainly from the finest crus in Montagne de Reims. The Pinot Meunier brings freshness, roundness, and fruitiness, sourced from various crus in Vallée de la Marne and Epernay. Finally, the Chardonnay adds aromatic complexity, finesse, elegance, and lightness, sourced from Epernay and the top crus in Côte des Blancs.
Tasting Note: Hints of luscious fruits like pear and mango, before revealing delicate notes of honeysuckle and white jasmine. These fragrances linger on the palate, joined by undertones of vanilla and brioche. Further flavours of cooked fruits such as quince jelly and apricot jam beautifully intermingle with beeswax and acacia honey.
