Nestled in the heart of Meursault, Domaine Sylvain Dussort has been a beacon of winemaking excellence since 1982. Sylvain, hailing from a lineage of winemakers and coopers, took over the estate with his wife on his grandparents' property. 

Spanning six hectares, the estate produces the classic Bourgogne varietals: Aligoté, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. Sylvain is dedicated to sustainable cultivation, using organic fertilisers and tailored vine treatments to respect nature and ensure top-quality wines. The traditional vinification process embraces natural fermentation, meticulously overseen to produce exceptional wines.
