Grown in the foothills of the Sierra de Cantabria, this 100% Tempranillo is the product of a long growing season that allowed for perfect phenolic ripeness. The result? A wine that boasts remarkable aromatic intensity, a perfect balance of alcohol and acidity, and the potential to age beautifully over time.

Hand-harvested from the Vallecilla and Camino de Laguardia vineyards, San Martín I, and San Martín II, the grapes are treated with the utmost care from vine to bottle. After a meticulous selection process, the grapes undergo natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, followed by 16 months of ageing in both American and French oak barrels, handcrafted by the winery’s own coopers. The traditional method of candlelit rackings ensures the wine retains its purity, with no need for harsh filtering.

Tasting Note: This Crianza dazzles with a bright crimson hue and a subtle ruby rim. On the nose, expect a fresh burst of red fruit - wild strawberries, raspberries, and cranberries - elegantly layered with hints of vanilla, caramel, cedar, and liquorice. On the palate, it’s beautifully balanced, with a lively, fruit-forward attack that gives way to a smooth, well-rounded mid-palate. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering fruity and balsamic notes that make every sip a pleasure.
