The 2024 Les Cerisiers Rosé is an elegant, gastronomic Côtes du Rhône Rosé, blending Grenache Noir’s body, Cinsault’s freshness and a whisper of Syrah spice for a classically Provençal experience.

After pressing, the juice is fermented at no more than 16 °C, then matured briefly on lees to add texture without clouding purity. No malolactic fermentation ensures vibrant acidity, while minimal oak influence lets the fruit and florals shine.

This rosé stands out for its thoughtful balance: aromatic notes of rosehip syrup, wild berry blossoms and cherries lead to a palate of ripe berry fruit, raspberry freshness and elegant texture. Les Cerisiers proves that Rhône rosé is as gastronomic as any of the region's whites or reds.
