A vibrant and food-friendly expression of Barbera from Cascina Vèngore’s organically farmed Campolungo vineyard. Fresh, fruity and utterly charming, this is a wine to enjoy on any table, from casual lunches to charcuterie boards with friends.

Grown on southeast-facing slopes in sandy-calcareous soils, the Barbera grapes are gently vinified to preserve freshness and fruit. Certified organic and vegan, this is a clean, expressive take on Barbera that showcases its purity.

Winemaking: Fermented for 6–8 days in temperature-controlled steel at 26°C and matured in stainless steel to retain fruit purity.

Pairing Suggestions: Pairs beautifully with vegetable flans, antipasti, risottos, cold cuts, roast chicken or soft cheeses like Robiola or Taleggio.

Tasting Note: Bright ruby red with aromas of cherries and blueberries. The palate is juicy, medium-bodied and fresh with a lingering, balanced finish.
