Delicate, mineral-infused Chardonnays with varying degrees of oak,  and deep, lovable, Pinot Noirs, dry spicy Pinot Gris, plus a layered and beguiling Shiraz.

Kate McIntyre MW is arguably the "resident winemaker" of Caviste, given how often she is over to delight our customers, with in-person tasting. Currently we're on a streak of having her here for 3 years in a row!
