Made entirely from Prieto Picudo, with the oldest vines at 70+ years old, that have been trained in bush form.

The grapes are whole-bunch fermented, in open top oak barrels with a gentle hand push down for extraction. The fruit is pressed in a basket press prior to ageing for 11 months in French barrique. The resulting wine is quite delicious, deeply hued but light footed and elegant. Perhaps one of the finest examples of this variety that exists.

While it’s traditionally paired with "baccalà alla vicentina" (stockfish) or white asparagus, it’s equally delightful with everything from fried calamari to sushi.
