Selected from three vineyards of 80 year old vines on granitic sandy soils

The fruit is whole bunch fermented and basket pressed to concrete and oak, where it is left to age for 12 months.

Tasting Note: This pale ruby red wine boasts a delicate, silky palate with concentrated mid fruit, silky tannins, and bright acidity. Hints of wild herb, sweet mountain red fruit, and orange peel add complexity to the nose. On the palate, aromas of redcurrant, cherry liqueur, white pepper, and florals create a truly luxurious experience. Fine tannins and a refreshing finish, with a mineral texture that lingers.
