2021 Clos de Lom Isidra
Clos de Lôm owes its origins to Frenchman S. Dupuy De Lôme. In 1836, he founded the property, where he decided to use his knowledge of wines and French winemaking tradition.
Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The varieties are aged separately in new 300 litre French and American oak barrels. After a minimum of 12 months in barrel the wines are blended then left to rest in bottle for at least 6 months.
Tasting Note: With a bright and deep ruby colour, Clos de Lôm Isidra shows a vibrant nose, combining ripe red fruit with the nuances of new wood. It brings back memories of aromatic herbs. Elegant palate, velvety, well-balanced and polished tannins.
Pairing Suggestion: Ideal for pairing with red meat, confit duck, grilled pork, stews, lamb and cured cheese.
