Domaine Vacheron's cellars are based in the long-standing centre of Sancerre and its vineyards are predominately rooted in the uncompromising flint-filled soils of the region, as well as lesser plots of limestone and clay. This mixture of terroirs leads to their 'Village' Sancerre, a delicately mineral-tinged and exceptionally delicious wine.

Tasting Note: An exemplar of Sancerre with in bright and vibrant citrus fruits layered with minerality. Green apple, lemon rind, grapefruit, fresh-cut grass, and that never-actually-tasted-but-we-know-the-flavour wet stone.
