A brilliant rum from The Portsmouth Distillery, made from scratch using sugar cane (not mollasses) for a more aromatic profil. A rich bouquet of ripe bananas, dried coconut and fruits with a herbal tang leads on to a beautifully smooth and soft palate with a touch of florality. Great over ice, this also makes a fabulous Daquiri or Mojito.
