This extraordinary 21 Year Old Para Tawny is a single vintage fortified wine, made from select parcels of Grenache, Shiraz, and Mourvèdre that have been patiently matured in old oak hogsheads. Fortified with brandy spirit, the wine has undergone extensive oxidative ageing, resulting in a complex and elegant tawny that celebrates its 1999 origins with style.
