A carefully selected blend from the finest parcels of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir Précoce. Approximately 10% of the blend was fermented in old Burgundy barrels. The wine aged on lees for five months in barrel and a further three years in bottle before disgorging with 38g/L dosage. Notes of brown sugar, ripe red fruit and pastry on the palate; it has a sweetness that compliments the classic English acidity to create a perfectly balanced wine. A good, long and intense finish.
