2013 Maranges, Domaine Bachelet
Bertrand Bachelet took over his father's Domaine in 2010. Despite his relative youth (still in his twenties) he has confidence, vision and talent allowing him to produce wines of beauty, complexity but also approachability. Maranges is one of the most underrated vineyard areas in the south of Burgundy, and this is a wine with wild raspberries and light spicy notes, a very soft, silky Pinot with good length and concentration, beautifully balanced with plenty of fruit coming through.

Please say if you require next day delivery (only available on orders placed before 2pm) and this can be arranged at an additional cost. Saturday deliveries can also be arranged at an additional charge but you must specify in your order notes.
