2013 Molino 'Teorema' Barbaresco
Only the ripest grapes care rushed and left to ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aged for 20 months in barrel.
Tasting Note: Fine, elegant perfume with notes of red fruits and withered flowers, such as violet and rose. You can feel some fresh notes of eucalyptus and mint. The aging in different woods results in a full-bodied and velvety wine, enhanced by sweet tannins which reveal a spicy finish.
