2013 Tenuta di Capezzana Vin Santo Riserva
It is produced in small quantities from Trebbiano and San Colombano grapes, chosen from the ripest of the vineyards and left to dry on mats until February, according to the traditional method.
The must is then placed in kegs for at least five years.
After bottling, the Vinsanto can be aged without time limits, still gaining in richness and aroma.
Tasting Note: Very intricate, luscious, with fragrances of desiccated fruits, candied apricot, and tangerine rind. Floral aromas of yellow blossoms. Intricate, saccharine, delicate yet extravagant, with a succulent, lingering finish.
