Hand harvested fruit, fermented using indigenous yeasts then aged in French oak barriques, of which 30% were new, for 11 months. Soft, ripe plum and cherry fruits, smooth tannins with just a hint of crispness makes this a delightful wine for enjoying on its own but also a fantastic accompaniment to game dishes, particularly duck.
