2014 Somborne Valley Blush Rosé, Hampshire
An exquisite Rose ‘blush’ with a fine mousse and wonderfully delicate notes on the palate. It is perfectly delicious for any celebration, posh picnics, alfresco dining and other fun occasions.
The Sparkling Blush Rosé 2014 is made using the traditional method and uses a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
On the nose you are greeted with freshly picked strawberries with a light creaminess followed by a lighted toasted brioche.
An explosion mixed red fruits, mainly strawberry and raspberry but there is a sharp cranberry acidity that keeps it all in check.
