Take four grapes, let's say Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Negroamaro and Nero d’Avola. Mix them all together, sprinkle a little Lethbridge magic in to the mix and hey presto you have the luscious B5B Red. Rich, full flavoured red ad black fruits with a soft, savoury and spicy edge.
About B5B: Between Five Bells are the last three words in the first stanza of Kenneth Slessor’s famous poem, Five Bells. The poem is understood to tell the tale of the death of Joe Lynch, a friend of the poets, and is set on/in/around (it gets confusing) Sydney Harbour.
