2015 Rully Blanc en Bas de Vauvray, Jean-Baptist Ponsot
Jean-Baptiste took over from his father after the turn of the Millennium, and became the first in his family to make their own wine rather than sell the grapes. Fermented mainly in old oak (20% new) the wine has a bright Chablisesque vivacity. Vauvry is the family’s own single plot of vines just on the edge of the Premier Cru – and in our view, outperforming.

Please say if you require next day delivery (only available on orders placed before 2pm) and this can be arranged at an additional cost. Saturday deliveries can also be arranged at an additional charge but you must specify in your order notes.
