Nestled in a serene valley at the foothills of the South Downs lies the Roman Villa vineyard where the fruit for this wine was grown.

Crafted exclusively from handpicked Pinot Noir grapes, the Roebuck Estates Blanc de Noirs 2015 was partially fermented in the finest Burgundian oak barrels and bottle-aged for a minimum of 48 months.

Tasting Note: A rich, yet beautifully balanced wine with delicate bubbles, a silky texture, and a long, lingering finish. Baked apples and ripe stone fruits on the palate are layered with complex notes of brioche and toasted almonds, characteristic of a generous bottle-ageing.
