2016 Ca dei Maghi Amarone Riserva Canova
The CRU vineyards, located in Monte Sant’Urbano, enjoy a microclimate and a unique terroir. This produces grapes capable of surprising at every harvest. The 2016 harvest also gave the opportunity to produce an Amarone that meets two essential requirements: class and traceability.
Grapes from the Monte Sant’Urbano vineyards were dried for 4 months before vinification. Maturation in barrel for 60 months before bottling.
Tasting Note: Notes of red fruit steeped in spirits, typical of the denomination, alternate with notes of rhubarb, blond tobacco, cinnamon and touches of cinchona at the finish. Bold, structured and succulent but at the same time elegant and velvety.

Blend: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara
