2020 Domaine Billard Beaune Bons Feuvres
Fermented in stainless steel tanks then aged for 12 months in mainly old oak barrels, Billards Bons Feuvres is beautifully weighted. Classic black cherry flavours with enough tannin to stand up to a rib of beef but enough subtlety to pair just as well with a roast chicken. Only about 120 cases produced each year. Drink now or cellar.
