At Domaine Bott-Geyl, the idea is to capture the originality of each terroir and of each grape variety. They possess a great diversity of terroir, all are geologically different, which allows such a large variety of flavours and characters across their wines.

Tasting Note: A more full-bodied white, with a light tickle of sweetness. Its velvety texture envelops the palate but the acidity perfectly balances the sweetness, creating a harmonious and satisfying mouthfeel. Lychee, apricot, and ripe peach, enhanced by delicate floral nuances. A touch of exotic spices, including ginger and clove, adds depth and warmth to the palate.

Jean-Christophe Bott is the current heir to a family tradition dating back to 1795, when his ancestor, Jean-Martin Geyl, tended to his vines and crafted his wine. Since 1993, Jean-Christophe Bott has taken the reins of Domaine Bott-Geyl with a commitment to organic farming in 2000 and biodynamic methods in 2002. In the vineyards, he focuses on low yields, while in the cellars he oversees natural and minimalist vinification. His approach balances tradition and modernity, preserving the land for future generations and protecting its delicate ecological balance.
